Studio342

A clear process.A direct way of working.

You work with me from the first conversation to launch and, if required, continued support. I explain each stage clearly and keep you involved without expecting you to understand the technical details.

A client and developer working directly together across a table

Just you, me and the problem to solve.

You know your business, your customers and the problem better than anyone. I bring the planning, design and development needed to turn that knowledge into a useful website or web application.

Working directly means questions get answered quickly, useful details do not get lost in translation and decisions are made by the people closest to the work.

Clear stages.
Plenty of conversation.

The detail changes with every project, but these six stages give us a shared route from the first conversation to a finished result.

01

Discovery

We talk about your business, audience, current situation and what a successful outcome should look like. You do not need a technical brief.

02

Plan

I turn what I have learned into a focused plan covering the right scope, content, features and priorities. You can see what is proposed and why.

03

Design

I shape the structure, journeys and screens so the experience is clear on mobile, tablet and desktop.

04

Build

I develop the project in manageable stages and share progress as it takes shape. Regular reviews help us make informed decisions early.

05

Launch

I complete the final checks, help prepare the content and put the finished website or application live with a clear handover.

06

Support

If you need continued help, I can maintain, refine and extend the project after launch as your requirements evolve.

A practical working relationship.

01

Plain English

I explain choices clearly, without hiding behind technical language. You should always understand what is being built and why.

02

Visible progress

You see the product developing and have useful opportunities to respond. There should be no dramatic reveal at the end.

03

Honest advice

If an idea adds cost without enough value, I will say so. If something deserves more attention, I will explain the reason.

04

Care after launch

A web product is rarely finished on launch day. I can stay involved to fix, refine and extend it as the needs of the product become clearer.

Tell me what needs to work better.

You do not need all the answers. A useful problem and an open conversation are enough to begin.
